Цель урока: обобщающее повторение, развитие устойчивых навыков употребления в речи лексики и грамматики по теме.

Задачи:

Воспитательные – умению общаться, учить обмениваться знаниями и умениями.

Обучающие – накопление и расширение лексического запаса, практика речевых умений:

а) Умению образовывать новые слова по словообразовательным моделям;
б) Расширять синтаксические умения, употреблять условные придаточные предложения;
в) Закрепить умение использовать конструкции выражающие будущее время.

Развивающие – развивать познавательный интерес к изучению окружающего мира, к культуре разных стран, расширять возможности памяти и мышления.

1) Организационный момент:

Good afternoon! Nice to meet you! I am very glad to see you today. Thank you very much that you come today to have a lesson. Today we have guests. They are teachers from others school, let’s greet them! Good afternoon, nice to meet you!

2) Введение в тему.

Today we will speak about different seasons and the weather.

Tell me please what seasons you know:

Tell me, please, what month are winter/ spring/summer/autumn month?

A lot of composers write music about seasons. Let’s listen to music which was written by A.Vivaldy. What season is it? What is the weather like?

3) Активизация лексического материала.

Every season have different signs. Let’s repeat some words:

a)

Slush – Slushy;
Fog – Foggy;
Frost – Frosty;
Wind – Windy;
Cloud – Cloudy;
Sun – Sunny;
Storm – Stormy;
Rain – Rainy;
Snow – Snowy.

b) Let’s play a game

Wind;
Windy;
It winds.

c) Let’s play a “chain”.

“Chain” – ученикам раздаются карточки с парами слов, они должны найти своих “соседей”. Пары слов для игры в “цепочку”:

Slushy – Fog;
Foggy – Frost;
Frosty – Wind;
Windy – Cloud;
Cloudy – Sun;
Sunny – Storm;
Stormy – Rain;
Rainy – Snow;
Snowy – Slush.

4) Активизация грамматического материала :

а) Look at this picture please and say what is the weather like? (Рисунок 1,2,3,4)

It is sunny.

It is snowy/it snows.

б) Look at the picture, please. What is the Piglet saying “It is going to …”

And what is it saying now…

Look at the picture and say why is snow-maiden is so sad?

I think she is sad because it is going to …

5) Повторение и активизация умения использовать лексику по теме деятельность и условное придаточное предложение.

Every season is good. Some of you like winter, other like summer. Tell me please what do you like to do in summer/ in winter/ in autumn/ in spring?

I like winter. If it is sunny I will ski.

6) Чтение и понимание.

а) You know that there are different signs of coming weather. I want you to read some English signs of weather and to find the right picture. Show the one or two pictures and read.

March winds and April showers
