Тема урока: «Travelling».
Цели и задачи:
- Воспитательные: формирование у школьников инициативности и самостоятельности, толерантности и уважения к другим нациям и культурам.
- Развивающие: формирование у учащихся внутренней мотивации к изучению языка и культуры, развитие у детей внимания и восприятия, слуховой памяти, мышления и воображения, способностей к аналитической деятельности.
- Образовательные: развитие и совершенствование навыков говорения, введение новой лексики по теме «Travelling».
Задачи: Обогащение и активизация языкового запаса, развитие умений и навыков устной речи.
Оборудование: фотографии, карточки.
ХОД УРОКА
1. Приветствие (3 мин.)
– Good morning, children. I`m glad to see you. How are you today?
– Who is absent?
– What`s the date today?
– What`s the weather like today?
– Are you ready for our new topic?
2. Введение в тему урока (4 мин.)
– Ok. Look at these photos, please, and try to guess our new topic.

– Yes, our new topic is Travelling! But how did you understand it?
– Ok. That’s great.
3. Упражнение 1 (8 мин.)
– Next exercise I named “Association”. Look at the blackboard and add your associations with the word “travelling” in this scheme as many as you can. I give you 5 minutes.
– Explain your associations.

4. Упражнение 2 (10 мин.)
– For me the first word that associates with “travelling” is “transport”.
– Tell me, please, how can you get to different places of interest?
– And what kind of transport do you prefer?
– Let’s do next exercise.
Раздать карточки с названиями стран (на одной
карточке – 3 страны).
- Great Britain.
- France.
- Germany.
- Italia.
- U.S.A.
- Australia.
- Egypt.
- India.
- China.
- Japan.
– Look at your card and write down what is the best way to travel to these countries. And why do you think so? You have 5 minutes.

5. Упражнение 3 в форме игры (10 мин.)
– Let’s play a game.
– One of you writes down the name of the country and the others try to guess. They can
ask questions, but the leader of the game can answer only “yes” or “no”. Someone
who guesses the country become the leader.
For example:
– I choose the U.S.A. You can ask me:
– Is it a big country? (Yes, it is.)
– Is it an English speaking country? (Yes, it is.)
– Is it Great Britain? (No, it isn’t.)
– Is it the U.S.A.? (Yes, it is. You are the leader now).
– Let’s start the game!

6. Подведение итогов урока (5 мин.)
Раздать карточки для рефлексии.

7. Домашнее задание (5 мин.)
– And now listen for your homework. You must write a text (15 sentences) about
travelling of your dream. And we will discuss it next lesson.
