Pupil 2: Today we’ll recall a lot of facts about The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, about the USA and Australia.

Pupil 1: We’ll know more about holidays, festivals and traditions in these countries.

Pupil 2: Well done. But before starting our competition, please listen to some rules. The quiz consists of 6 parts. Every part includes some questions. For the correct answer you’ll get a point. The team with the most number of points wins. Please, write the answers on the paper, which you’ve got on your desks.

Pupil 1: Are you ready to start? The first task is “General information”. You’ve got 1 minute to choose the correct answers for four questions.
